Project Description:

We are in need of a pop up to be put on our site. Not like a normal advertising pop up though.. The way it will work is: The user will have a tab that will be "hanging" from the top of the page saying What Is RMS?

When they click the tab, a pop up will appear (whether its through flash, java, html or whatever, it doesn't matter, as long as it looks good). The pop up will have a description of the website (which i will provide to you) aswell as a picture in the corner (which i will also provide).

Also, When this window pops up, the background behind the pop up, will need to fade to a transparent grey, to take focus off of the other page.

Please tell me your price and how long you will need before you can start the project.
