Hi! FreelancersTo begin with simple this is very tiny project. The following is your job
1. Home page with info about site and small section with link to other page.
2. A page where articles are listed and shown. The number will be very small but I want them to be added via admin interface.
3. Download Page. Where category wise downloads are selectable and searchable. In details of each Item small Title , Support Info ,Small Description, Download Link will be there . These will be free content so no payment related things.
4. Two static page where download Items will be shown with description and outside link to product download. But As I said they both are static
5. A form. Main link on top menu in the website. When we click it, it will forum with the same header and top menu design as the whole site. But you don't have to design Forum of your own of course. It can be any open source forum like phpbb ,mybb, smf.
This is it. I will talk you more if I find you meet following criteria.
1. You must have some work you've done in past to show .
2. You preferably are group of developers.
3. You must complete this project within 7 Week to 10 Days. 10 Days MAX. I am sure this can be complete in this timeframe.
4. I will pay all the money after the work is done. No advance payment.
5. Good support will be added value.

My name is Siddharth Goyal. If I understood the requirements, you need a static website with a few pages including some pages which will have some things for people to download and some pages which need to be updated. Basically you need a CMS based solution which can not only be made quickly, but is also cost effective. I have made such sites in the past and you may have a look at nsitonline.in and nilgirirwa.com . These are both CMS based sites and I believe your requirements can be fulfilled easily too.
In case you do not need a CMS based solution, then also it's not an issue as i have made dynamic sites from scratch also including a college placement management system where people upload their resumes and admins can download them.
