Project Description:

I need someone from the United States to build a basic posting tool for Craigslist. I will tell you all of the features that need to be implemented, just need someone to make it happen. I'm on a VERY tight budget since I just blew a lot of money on an app that no longer works, and the programmer disappeared.

You must be a professional programmer and be able to create visually pleasing, and user-friendly windows based desktop applications.
