Project Description:
we are looking for a .net nuke developer to assist with a database updating issuein short we have a site developed with .net nuke
the client has a lamps database, and when ever lamps does an update our member log in goes down, when we try to fix on our end, the lamps update goes away
we have the web site talking to the "lamps database" through the member log in at the top right corner of the page (passrealtors.com) this log in utilizes the web.config file to log in to the lamps member databse
when it does that then the site allows the member who just logged in to access the member area
the problem is this
"lamps" is claiming that we dont have PERMISSION to access or change the web.config file
lamps does frequest updates and when the do updates they change the web.config file, which BREAKS our member log in
we need another way to allow members to log into lamps and into the site at the SAME time!! wihout that file!
first developer to come up with the answer WINS!
important notes:
we cannot access the lamps database source code
we dont have permission to change the web.config file
we need to make the member log in of the site, WORK with the lamps member log in at the same time
