Project Description:
I need a code signing certificate from Verisign to sign a J2MEapplication. You can see early version of the application in sociocell.com. The problem
is that I'm Iranian. You should review Verisign.com agreements and
their verification processes and help me to find the best method to get
application signed. I have listed some of my ideas, which are legal?
and what is your estimate of cost/time/trouble?
About usage of the certificate:
Download the certificate in Iran and use it.
Download it on a server outside Iran with SSH and use it there.
Employ someone to sign application without me ever having access to the certificate.
About process of getting the certificate:
Travel to another country and rent an office and buy phone line there.
Travel to another country and sign the notary letter there.
Employ a non-Iranian to sign the notary letter as corporate contact.
Appoint a non-Iranian as incorporated company's director.
Partner with someone and transfer half the share to him so the comapny is not controlled by an Iranian.
