I need someone to investigate 20 people we are investigating for a series in our newspaper. The information you'll be given is their social security number. We want you to find out where that person is located as well as any criminal problems he has. Offering no more than $20 for each number you investigate. That means I won't pay more than $400 for this.YOU MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

Richard, this is pretty easy task, I could have it back to you tonight, the database I use for this type of stuff is the "gold standard" and I'll send it to you in a spreadsheet and with a PDF of the full printout direct from the database for your files (i.e. if you need to prove up the bona fides of your research).
