I. Business Purpose / Overview: To learn and understand the workings of the IVR/Phone system of PCUSA.
II. Requirements and Scope:
Phase One: Documentation of the IVR/phone system and it’s functionality along with personnel training to continue its operation. Assist in the writing of the Phase 2 project work scope. We currently have 18 incoming 1-800 numbers receiving approximately 1100 call a month, they terminate to 18 different DID lines that are grouped into 4 primary components of operation. In addition, our office IVR/Phone System is on the same platform and is operating daily for 25 employees and terminates to another group of 60 DID lines.
Phase Two: Convert custom PERL scripts that are on the IVR to PHP. The current custom PERL scripts access an external SOAP server directly, and the same functionality must be maintained in the conversion to PHP. In addition to the script conversion, an evaluation of the environment to determine if moving the MySQL DB off to another server or internal drive will increase performance significantly.
III. Environment: Trixbox CE 2.8.0
IV. Deliverables:
Phase One: Documentation and training on existing system. Assistance with writing the 2nd phase scope of work.
Phase Two: Conversion of PERL scripts to PHP.
V. Access / Security: Contractor will be provided VPN and SSH access to this system.
VI. Training: Internal personnel will provide support.
VII. Price: Determined upon bid selection with payment terms.
VIII. Timeline: 10 hours discovery evaluation – total time - 55 hours (very rough estimate). If the discovery evaluation determines that longer than 55 hours total time is needed, it will be made known to PCUSA before continuing.
IX. Maintenance / Ongoing Support: This will be determined on a per need basis.
All tasks that are requested to be performed that are not listed in this agreement will require a separate Statement of Work document. The Contractor ensures completion of their responsibilities listed in this agreement pending that all required items mentioned in this agreement, dependent on the client, are fulfilled.
