Project Description:

Qualifications:
+ jQuery
+ JavaScript
+ HTML/XHTML/CSS
+ Flash/ActionScript

I have a Flash Map located at:

http://www.onesourceco.com/flashmap/resources.php

And I need it duplicated (visually and functionality) in JavaScript.

The configuration needs to be in an XML file so that the colors are in Hexadecimal:

- Normal Color
- onMouseOver color

And each state should be linkable and defined in the XML as-well.

Budget is $75, and I will need it by end of day today or early morning tomorrow.
