I need a few simple PHP scripts.

Script 1. Take information from a form (email-from, email-fwd, name) and use it to create a dynamic link (URL encoded) that forwards to my payment processor

Script 2. Base to URL decode the link received from payment processor is done. Needs to be expanded to add the information received back (email-from, email-fwd, name) to a database. Create a coupon with unique and encrypted code, adds it to same database record and mails info to "mail-fwd"

Script 3. Checks for new email on an account. Reads new emails, looks up "from email" in database to match "email-from" field, if a match exists and either a valid coupon (see script 4) or subscription (see script 6) is also found, forwards email (with an additional text before it) to "email-fwd. Must be able to be run as CRON job or Heartbeat

Script 4. Login acreen with "email-fwd" as usrname and "coupon" or "password" as password. Gives access to form that will allow user to enter a message. This message will be emailed to "name" <"email-from"> from the same address checked in script 3. Upon successfull send, invalidate "coupon"

Script 6. Adaption of script 2. Base to URL decode the link received from payment processor is done. Needs to be expanded to use "email-fwd" to set the corresponding field subsciption to YES. Create a unique password, adds it to same database record and mail password to "mail-fwd"

Script 7. admin script to add (email-from, email-fwd, name) to database and to add or delete subscriptions
