Job Description:We are looking for a website designer to create many simple static websites for us. The main purpose for development of these websites is so they can indexed by the search engines while we wait to develop them into more robust websites/ businesses. You must have an intermediate understanding SEO Best Practices. Further, you must be able to integrate Google Adsense.
You would have to design two types of websites for us. One will be an extremely basic site with 4 pages of content plus a site map, terms and conditions, contact us and privacy policy. We will give you the title, description, and keywords for each page. All pages must interlink with each other.
The second type of website that we need designed is built on a wordpress theme. For these sites we will need 6 pages of content, plus sitemap, terms and conditions, privacy policy, and contact us. We will give you the title, description and keywords for each of the pages. All pages must interlink with each other.
Ideally, we would like the designer to source the content for us as well based on the keywords that we give for each of the website pages. We are looking to outsource these websites entirely.
If we can develop a good working relationship, we can assign hundreds of these types of websites to you. You will have to be able to deliver websites “complete” which will include design, coding, content, and onsite optimization. This can be a great opportunity for the right person.
PLEASE NOTE: We will delete responses that do not address our project specifically. DO NOT send us canned responses with your bids. We would like for you to give us a price “per site” for both types of sites.

This price is per website and includes 12 months hosting. (no price difference for static or wordpress sites - involves same amount of work).
I know my price is higher then other bids and probably your budget but in order to succeed at the websites you are trying to build you need well written content and site optimisation, this takes a lot of time and effort. These sites won't work if done cheap. Copying content from other sites causes copyright issues and if the content is poorly written and your site not optimised nobody will find your site to click your adds.
I can implement Google Adsense code for you, source content for your pages based on your keywords.
I specialise in site optimisation for Google Search Engines based on set keywords. In turn this usually optimises website for other search engines as well but Google is my speciality.
