Install all binaries for OSTube to run on Dreamhost server

I am on a shared host at Dreamhost.com. It is debian linux I believe.

Dreamhost offers full access to ssh, but not root access.

I want this script:

to work on my server.

This project is NOT to install OSTube itself, but only to make a script that installs every binary and libray needed to get it working on the server. (It is ok for you to install OSTube if you need to to test, but it is not paid).

Acceptance:
- Project is considered complete when I (or you if you wish) install OSTube, and it is working flawlessly with conditions below met.

Conditions:
- I set you up with a fresh user, with ssh. You install with $HOME as the prefix all the binaries (must be newest version of all binaries) needed to make OSTube work.

- Must work with also mp4 h.264 (x264) and aac audio encoding. (In order for osTube to function correctly, a few external software packages are required. In order to transcode uploaded videos into a format which can be played back, Mplayer and its mencoder are required. FlvTool2 is need for created Containers Ruby is required to be able to build FlvTool2. Other packages and libs etc may also be needed).

- You likely need to compile PHP - must be latest version. Please provide this in a separate script, not the same as the rest of the install. Fully editable php.ini file available to non-root user is required.

- All standard, and HD encoding feature of OSTube must be available. (e.g. HD is mencoder with -oac mp3lame -lameopts cbr:br=128 -channels 2 -srate 44100 -ofps 25 -of lavf -ovc x264 -x264encopts bitrate=1000:subq=5:8x8dct:frameref=2:threads=auto:global_header:nocabac:nob_adapt:bframes=0:keyint=50 -lavfopts format=mp4 -vf harddup,scale=). Also, ability to encode with aac audio is a must.

- I require the whole install of all needed binaries (with php separate as above) in a bash script, to run again on another new user. (I will run your script on another fresh user, and it must work, and install everything required for OSTube to work on my Dreamhost server).
