I want to add this service in my site, and programming it or Or is modified any script ready

The service features:
-The display style
If I enter the portal, On the home page of the portal...

If they enter any section, I see topics section, 4 topics in each line, 40 topics on each page

Writer can access the writer panel, for writing the topics only, the writers can't modify or deletion the topics directly, But only after my consent and I confirm this modify or deletion, I'm only I can modify or deletion directly

Topic image
Short Description
Long description
Download Links(link per line)

-Fully supporting the Arabic language
