Hi:

I am running social engine 3.17. I need to optimize the sql queries of the full site. Infact all those queries which are causing extra load to database. I will require a detailed documentation what get done to optimize on which page including line number.

Also you have to show that you optimization has reduced database load at least 20%.

    Hello,

    Can you please tell me what type of hosting do you have? Shared hosting, VPS, dedicated?

    The things will be much easier if I have a ssh access on the mySQL server to modify the my.conf file to set the parameters with the values which matches your needs. If not I can modfiy the script to measure the long time queries.
