Project Description:

Flash Map 1- the user clicks on a "County Selector" link and a map of the US pops up (the map needs to be large, maybe 700 pixels wide), they click on a state and can select one or multiple counties, then hit ok. they can click on another state and select one or multiple counties and hit ok. then click done and the county code is passed to the search query.

Flash Map 2- the user clicks on a "Region Selector" link and a map of the US pops up (the map needs to be large, maybe 700 pixels wide). each state is carved up into "regions" (a region is a group of counties in a state). I have the regions drawn on basic state maps, but the flash map must be more attractive than the maps I have. the user can click on one or multiple regions throughout the US (they do not click on a state and the state pops up, they simply click on the region to select it). After they are finished selecting all the regions they want to, they click done and the region code is passed to the search query.

Time is an important factor in this project, so please do not bid if it would take more than 4 weeks to complete the project once it is awarded to you.

The maps must work fast, this is an important factor, and the maps must be cross-browser compatible.
