Look for a good english contract writer to create documents for us. must be finished in 1/2 weeks.Simple document for hiring individuals and that all our information and other business related items/documents and more belong to the company and cannot be disclosed. Will also include probationary period for hiring.
Second document - non disclosure document to tell our suppliers that any blind drop ships or other that they perform cannot engage directly or steal our customers.
third document - non competing document
4th document - agreement for sales employees which specifies payout structure
5th document - i will explain in pm

As you say, this will be a "simple" matter if all these contracts are to comply with a single law, e.g. that you and the employee are based in the same state. A different set of legal considerations will apply if any of these agreements are to cross the borders between states where different laws apply, e.g. some US states operate "at will" terminations, others have protections against termination for different groups of employees. Allowing for a margin of error on my time to tailor standard form agreements to your needs, the bid is for $200. less
