looking for someone that will be able to build a program of a clicck/hitbot to my specificationprogram must be able to generate ip address for every single hit made, program may also have the ability to click or hit mainly ppc campaign with and sent daily report of every click/hit made.

Completely wrong approach. What I need is a robot wich is clicking on Pay per click ads by itself (following my requirements)and changing his IP Address by itself also.

For now Im taking you as advertising company.
Say your keyword is "online gift shop"
For your CPC campaign you are showing your client's link for users to click.
My proposal:
If you are showing your clients to another website:
In the link url user will come to your script and populate data
and then redirected to clients website.
Here populated data means storing users IP adress and related required data.
If you are showing your clients link on your website then simply I'll store data first
then redirect user to client website.

Tracking includes IP address, and some more other info
for example referring site/page.
