Implement custom Authentication Handler for CNProg (Django)

Project Description:

We are looking to replace the Authentication Handler in CNProg [1] with a custom handler, using Basic Auth in Apache. We are looking to open-source the implementation for other users of the CNProg project.

Experience with Django is a must, as this will lead to a quick resolution.
