Project Description:

I need 50 quality links for my energy services website within a month's time. We need links from the same energy services/building efficiency/energy efficiency industries. Links must adhere to the following guidelines:

> Need only one way links (PR1, PR2, PR3)
> Links has to be permanent (Or at-least stay on for 6 months, you must specify in bid the type)
> Accepted category - energy services, energy conservation, renewable energy, green building, building maintenance, facilty management, etc.
> Only English Language links
> No Cheap info domains
> No cloaking, banned sites, link farms, blog farms, scraped content sites, mirror sites, or sites overrun with contextual advertising and pop ups.
> Link has to be with given Anchor text
> No pages excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the "rel=nofollow" tag
> Each link should be on a unique domain/Sub-domain
> No dynamically generated links. All links would be 100% static, pure HTML
> Link can’t be within a frame or iframe. Links must not be hidden. All links will be visible and readable
> No JavaScript or redirect script. No flash sites. Links would be search engine friendly
> NO links from blog comments, article directories, link farms, forums, blog farms, classifieds, directories, social bookmarks, spam sites, link directories, link exchange, guest books, web rings, FFAs, gambling, dating, x-rated adult, travel, newsgroups, violence, sex, hatred, hacker, pharmacy, or spa
> The page where link is provided must not have more than 50 links
> Must not be cheap quality site with no origional content, created only for links
> Site must not have any external links on home page
> NO freely hosted sites (geocities, social-bookmarking, geo-cities, google, etc)
> Links must be placed on web pages of RELATED content
> All work shall be performed in an ethical (white hat) method in compliance with Google guidelines - No spam emails.

NOTE: Our quality check is really strict so those who can not provide quality work adhering to the guidelines are advised not waste their time/effort.

Successful completion of this project will lead to on-going monthly project for next 6 months or so, bidders please bear that in mind. If someone needs further clarification, please PM.
