looking for someone that will be able to build a program of a click/hitbot to my specificationprogram must be able to generate ip address for every single hit made, program may also have the ability to click or make impression only mainly ppc campaign with and sent daily report of every click/impression made.
The ip addresses have to be choosen by geo-located

Hello cboseak,
I think you are going to use in in some website/ web-application. Can you plz describe your requirement in a but detail with example of the site where you want to use it.
If I am to write program for website in PHP to count hits and track IP addressed of the remote user I'm confident I will be able to do that.
For IP geo-location of the IP you will need to use 3rd party IP geo-locator service who have the database of that.
If I get the opportunity to work on that then I assure you there will be no shortcomings in terms of
quality of code, professionalism in executing the project on time and budget, availability for communication with you and ready to take any technological challenge so as to make this successful (I don't see any technical challenge in this project right now though )over 1 year ago
