Project Description:

Would like to develop a program or excel macro which can complete the following task:
-Screenshots mock up attached-

Input:
STEP 1 - A spreadsheet with up to 200 rows of content in different columns (provided by user)
STEP 2 - A pre-defined HTML template with dynamic tags (provided by user)


Output (STEP 3)
- Clean up the font/format of input spreadsheet, only pure text remain
- Output HTML codes in 1 SINGLE spreadsheet
- Support European characters with no error in encoding

Bug proofing will be required and support/fine tune will be needed in the first month of completion.
