Project Description:

I need Red5 v7 installed to my Linux CentOS 4.4 VPS for use for use with a real time video / audio / whiteboard sharing software

I have installed java 1.6 jdk and red5 and Apache Ant according to instructions. However, it is not working. My flavor of Linux is CentOS.

However, xx.xx.xx.xx:5080 brings no resulting success test page.

Here are the products that need succesful installation:

1) Red5 Streaming media environment software (note: I have installed version 6.xx but wish to remove and install v0.7.0)

2) openmeetings: Video / Chat / Whiteboarding software

Just not sure what the problem is. Need an expert on the subject. Would prefer you test on your own box first if you have one.

Since I have installed Java and Red5 v6 and Ant, these may need removal first to start from scratch.

You will be operating on a live box. Many client websites on the box. No newbies here. Must be solid and experienced.
