I am looking for a perl script that will parse a page and insert into a table structure.

parse should be configured via link variables as follows:
Property Type
Property SubType
Cities will be assigned directly in the script via an array so I can modify as needed.
Price Range in blocks as follows:
- $1 - 100,000
- $100,001 - 150,000
- $150,001 - 200,000
- $200,001 - 250,000
- $250,001 -

the script should parse the page, and the detail page for each listing, then save the image to a specified folder in the following format: LISTINGID_IMAGENUMBER
all data should post to the appropriate field.

you will also need to create the table / tables.

database type: mysql.
Server OS: Linux shared hosting, so bandwidth is important to conserve.

the script should also be able to be configured to run directly if cron is available (via cpanel).

listings should be updated where there are changes, if there are no changes then left alone, if no longer listed, should be set to a "Not Active" status (Manual deletion will occur) if the Item is not "Active" then it should not be updated either.

I know there are scripts out there already, but we have been fighting to get our login to work for a while with them, and they have been no help.

would like to see a working demo.
