Need to convert video files

I have digital camera and 10 movies (100 mb per video) whcih I created.Files are on rapidshare already.
It is dvd, divx video files and I am looking for someone who can convert video files to any video format
but to create low size video files.
Each movie is 1 minute long and it takes 100 mb. I would like 10mb at least.

- which format can you create ?

- how much smaller: 1/10 is a realistic figure. Could be a lot smaller depending on video/audio bitrate (quality) expectations less
