Google Maps API - Nearest Doctor to UK Postcode

Project Description:
We have a list of doctors in an access database. Very simple table, two fields - doctorID and PostCode.We want our website users to be able to type in THEIR postcode onto a website form. We want the website to then calculate the nearest 5 doctors (by road transport).
I believe this will require the Google Maps API.
All postcodes will be UK postcodes.

As your description, I'd like to make it clear that you need the
DR's street name & number to show them on google map.
And send me the MS Access database sample if you can,
I'll show you the example on my ASP web site, and you'll get all source code
