Project Description:

I am a company based in Dallas, Texas and do business solely with individuals in this state. The company operates within a larger dealership program, and installs and services security systems and performs alarm monitoring for residential and business customers. We have a new competitor who has written copy on his website using names similarly confusing to our name and we wish to communicate our disagreement with this via an attorney in the state of Texas (preferrably Houston or Dallas) regarding his practices as a prelude to potentially suing him if he does not back off of using these tactics.
