I have over 20 years of Administrative + Customer Service experience and am a multi-tasker, who can handle complex assignments. Within my scope of work, I have gained excellent knowledge and skills that includes (but not limited to) Microsoft Office Suites, data entry, proofreading/editing, and internet research.
Some specific career accomplishments include:
• Intel Corporation Projects:
o Created Active Strategy training material (content and narration).
o Intel Administrative Services Council (IASC) Team Lead for Information Technology Partnership team and IT Product Training team in which I lead a team of ten employees to beta-test internal software applications for end users to ensure efficiency/effectiveness capabilities for increased employee productivity.
• Aviation Ground Services Project:
o Trained thirty employees on airline computer system process (ticket sales/gate/luggage) using self-developed training documentation.
Good communication skills are the key factor to a successfully completed project. Provide me with the pieces of information to the project and it will be completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner (based on your timeline or possibly sooner).
My hourly rate is $18/hr, however it's negotiable.
