Fixed

Project Description:
We wish to appoint a freelancer who can perform ongoing bug fixed and enhancements to our vTiger installation. This would be to work with our web site developer to progress specific jobs.
The ongoing work will be on a timed basis and the budget will be $15 per hour. The total workload is expected to be 1-10 hours per month.
The initial requirement is as follows:
1. To complete an incomplete migration
Recently the vTiger instance was moved from one shared hosting company to another. This was because the first hosting company had many server errors that were due to insufficient server resources being allocated to our instance. The second hosting company carried out the transfer, but apparently the database still resides on the first hosting company's server. The new hosting company believes it can import the database but is asking for:
"Considering the large database file we were able to import the database however during the importation procedure we received the following error :
***
Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (`excelso1_source/vtiger_accountbillads`, CONSTRAINT `fk_1_vtiger_accountbillads` FOREIGN KEY (`accountaddressid`) REFERENCES `vtiger_account` (`accountid`) ON DELETE CASCADE)
***
which means that the dump file once again contains the table which kindly asked you to exclude."
Our developer did remove the table as requested, but still it does not import.
2. Fix occasional error messages
This could be as a result of the dual-host working set out in 1. above , but we get occasional error messages. These pop up from time to time and do not appear to have a pattern. The occur when there is no user activity and fill the browser screen with warning/errors. Please see attached screen dumps. The recurrence is about 2-3 times per week and affect all users (admin and non-admin alike).
Thanks.
