Put links (URLs) in InDesign document

I have a book with about 200 pages. I am turning this into an eBook. The book is in InDesign in US English. I need someone to go through each page of the book and create as many relevant hyperlinks in the InDesign (CS4) source as possible. Use your imagination, this should not be difficult.
I do have a word-doc which is an older version of the book, that contains some links, to get you started...I would expect at least 200 links.

So in other words:

I don't need an eBook produced...I already have an eBook. The book is on Twitter and is currently available on Amazon in print and for Kindle. The title is 'Tweeteronix'.
For the iPad I want to have a version that has a lot of links in it, because on an iPad you can easily switch to the Internet to look at some background material.
However in my InDesign source there are no hyperlinks...they need to be researched and put in. My objective is at least one hyperlink per page, so at least 200 hyperlinks.


Please provide me with a detailed proposal and a timeline.

Also explain how you will guarantee that the source of the book will only be used by you and absolutely will not be leaked, lost or transferred to someone else.
