Project Description:

We are wanting two qualified companies to do a feasibility study / project brief and quote (With the idea that the best one will also do the implementation for the final project) for a video member area. This will contain upward of 500 videos in health related industry.
The company must have experience with the Amazon Cloud platform. Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Simple Storage Service (S3) Multi bit rate streaming. The application will need to be able to scale experience with this essential.

We will also be serving to mobile applications so experience in this area a plus.

This project will require the consultation, oversight, and implementation of the plan.
There will be user generated playlists within playlists.(Which will require exentsive programing and database work)

We have in-house It people who will be working on implementation with the chosen company.
There will also be design aspects to consider, tracking, split testing integration of a helpdesk( kayako) email parsing and seeting up of affilate software.

The budget for the comprehensive project brief fesability study is around $USD 300 – 500. The brief will contain your final price to complete the project. It will need to be very accurate as we have government funding for 50% of the project which is based on the initial quote.
