Hi am looking for a website designer to finish my website. I had a designer before but i need someone else to make some changes before i launch my website. I am really keen when it comes to coming up with a deadline and sticking it to it. So please if you cannot come up with a deadline that we can agree on please do not bid on this project.


I would mainly be selling different products targeted to a specific audience (hello kitty fans) My website (kittystreet.com) is already up but i wanted someone to finish it and make a few changes and customization. Its built using Zencart. Below are some of the changes i would like my new designer to accomplish.

- Add a few changes on the top of my home page banner. I will give you the image i want you to add or change and also would you to get rid of one of the character(right one) and move the other one all the way to the right. I would also want a street kinder sign on the banner since my website is called kittystreet. I do have an example which i would provide.

- Expand the home page or shrink the banner since i would like a simple flash built in that can be paused below the home page icons or just above the home page products. This banner would help me do different promotions of some of the products i would be selling. Also on the home page i only want to display like 6 products instead of 9. That way it would leave room for the simple flash. I do not want a big flash just one that fits nicely on the page more rectangular than square.

-I would like the icon "How to Order" removed and add "Fan Reviews" Where i would like a simple review script where fans would review the product they ordered from me. It would let them input their name, state initials, and product name and some comments or maybe star ratings.

- There is also a Sneak Peak page which i want my designer to customize. Its a page where it would let me know what products hk fans want.This is a page that would pretty much help me control my inventory. I should be able to post pictures of hk products and fans can use a simple voting script to vote on the product they would want me to sell. All fans should be able to see how many votes a particular product has. The products on sneak peak would only be voted for one month before i add more product pics. Below the products should be a Preorder form where fans that see a product that they really want and cannot wait for me to have it in stock. On the Preorder form fans should be able to fill out their Name, Email, Product #, Quantity and Message. We would discuss more in details with the winning designer on how we can make this page simple and easier for fans to use.

- I would also want to add a Live Zilla (its free) on the right where fans can see it and contact me when i am online if they have questions regarding any of the products or can leave a message when i am offline.

I want to add different icons way below the website like paypal icon, google checkout, 100% Satisfied icon and security lock icon etc. So i can let my customers know what payment methods i accept and also that my website is secure.

I would like a designer that can make these changes and also able to communicate everyday letting me know how the progress of the website is going on.
I am looking for a long-term freelancer (Zencart Expert) who i will also pay monthly to maintain my website in the future. Someone who i can contact at any time using skype or email or msn and would be able to respond within a timely manner. If all goes well i would be using the same designer for my future projects and also would refer you to some of my clients or friends.

Payment: I will pay only using paypal, escrow through Elance. I am willing to pay 25% before the project begins, 25% when some of the changes is made, 25% when most of the changes and customizes is made and the rest of the money+bonus when the project is all completed.
