Requirements:

- Carefully read the original content and digest it, then use your own words and manually rewrite the content into short articles of 400 words per article.
- Must pass Copyscape
- Must contain proper keyword density to be accepted by Ezinearticles.com (if you don't know this percentage, please do not bid)
- Cannot be written using any software - NO SPINNING
- The keywords provided need to be used in a logical, conversational manner throughout the articles.
- Have correct grammar, punctuation and spelling (errors in article will result in no payment)
- Give articles eye-catching new titles
- You agree that upon payment, all rights to the rewritten articles transfer to me. This means you will not sell, reproduce or re-use these articles in any manner, both online and offline.
- The articles are all related to real estate and general local information. Please do not bid if you cannot write about real estate scenarios or portray you know the city you are writing about.
- I will give you a short article to rewrite as a test when you bid.
