Project Description:

I need 80 people to be questioned in Japan. It takes 20 minutes for a person. The questionnaire can be organized personally or in groups. The language used for filling in forms is English. If respondents do not know English well enough you can write for them. Photo pictures of people questioned should be made. Then the photo of people, report and results should be sent to me by e-mail. After transmitting money original papers should be sent to me by ordinary mail service.
So:
1) Pictures send me via e-mail or FTP.
2) Photo copy of answered sheets sent me via e-mail or FTP
3) Report, describing the process of answering, the specific of groups and anything interesting concerning the matter of questionnaire sent me via e-mail.
4) The original sheets answered sent me vie DHL service
5) Please carefully read the instruction.
6) I am ready to discuss any Ideas before providing the quiz.
