    you using shared hosting so must be totaly check and clean up script in your share hosting( totaly 49 domain was hosting in your share hosting).

    Still no files attached.

    Also, removing a virus is likely not going to solve your problem. There is a very high possibility that someone has installed a backdoor trojan, now that you have been compromised. It is always best to reload, assuming what you've done is fairly easily reproducible.
