Overview
- We need a marketing company proficient in bulk distribution, both fax and email, to get businesses to claim their free Listing on our business directory. The directory currently has a bit over 60,000 listings. The Marketing company must have an up-to-date database of fax numbers & email addresses for our targeting area.
- Phase 2 of this project will involve marketing our paid listings to companies that signed up for the free basic listing. Commission will be paid for each successful upgrade in this phase. Details for this project will be discussed with the winner of this bid.

Fax & Email Objectives
- Get business to 'claim their listing'
-- Reach decision maker
-- Inform the company's agent that their business may already be listed.
--- If already listed, describe the benefits of having a listing, direct them to verify the accuracy of the information; claim their free listing (Basic Listing); and describe the benefits of claiming a listing.
--- If not already listed, tell them they can add it for free; describe the benefits of adding their business to the directory.
- Inform the business that adding their listing is quick and easy; if they need any help, direct them to our youtube channel for step by step instructions.
