I am looking for a web designer to design a website and logo for a new real estate investing business. The website will be used to market to those facing pre-foreclosure and those looking to purchase and invest in real estate. For this reason the website should look clean and professional while being visually impactful. The business name is “1st Choice Properties and Investments” and I would like to have the name on the site and something creative for the logo. I would like the following 7 pages on the website;
-Landing page (ability to capture name and email by offer something like 6 secrets banks don’t want you to know. )
-Home page
-About page
-Properties page
-Stop Foreclosure page
-Investor page
-Contacts
