i want a better design, better layout for the very same website above
the design MUST BE IN TABLES . DO NOT USE DIV TAGS DO NOT USE LAYERS.
If i see any layer or any div tag in the template i will reject it.
it must be totaly made in Tables.
i will not pay more than $30 , and no escrow till i see mockup.

As you obvioulsy don't like for any reason the div structure - maybe will be helpful to say if there are other things to stay away from or some which you want for sure.
