Project Description:

We need a database for a school that links children, teachers and services.

Must be user friendly with well design interface. We don't know anything about programing!

We need the following:

1)Teachers have a group of children (6-8) and should be able to input daily attendance to database via web. Database should be able to calculate (add) the amount of hours of services provided to each child, weekly, monthly, yearly.

2)main database: List of children, with all personal information; teachers; and services. This main database should link: children, teachers and services. No web access required.

3) another database for children evaluations: children information, therapist information, type of evaluation, payment calculation. Separate database

Possible long term relationship if service is excellent and friendly. Must provide two months free support. If you don't know what you are doing do not apply!!!
Your ideas are welcome on how to improve what we want.

    Hello,
    From your project's definition you have listed you are going to use Microsoft access as the database. If that is the case please verify with your web hosting company what databases they support and let me know.

    I work with this sort of application at a debt settlement company currently so I am familiar with what you need. Let me know about the above and I can have a demo for you in just a few days.

    Greetings, I could provide you with workable demo in 3-4 days. It will be:

    1. the database(SQL server) installed on my test server
    2. Web pages that allow to view and edit the database data
    3. Separate Windows application that allows to view and edit data on the server
    4. User authentication system that will allow to enter only for registered users

    Hi,
    You wrote "should be able to input daily attendance to database via web", but you also wrote "No web access required".
    If you need a website to input the database you should include PHP or ASP in the Job Type.
    And it seems that the database is using Microsoft Access.
