Project Description:

I need a reliable programmer to make these changes on vtiger CRM for me.


1. Change the time/date recorded as Sydney Australia time.

2. From the list view as per the links below, change potential, quote, sales order, invoice number to a link that opens the potential, quote, sales order and invoice

3. For new leads, move the website field and industry field to the Basic information tab under the Lead Information heading.

4. In potentials, I want the information under “Description Information” heading to carry across to the quotes screen when creating a quote. I need to reference this information when creating a quote so I need to see it. This information should be included on the quote. You can put it under the same heading in the quotes page “Description Information”.

5. When creating a quote or converting a potential to quote, the contact name should be auto-filled using the account’s contact. The account should use the first valid contact for this field.

6. When using the Send Email With PDF link to send a quote or invoice the email to box should be auto-filled with contact email address from correct account.

7. Need a way to make notes about the quote follow up each time I follow up a quote.

8. Need mass convert function quotes to sales orders – auto status change to accepted for quote.

9. Need mass convert function sales orders to invoice – auto status change completed for sales order status.

10. In invoices, need a link to send invoice with email PDF. The invoice should be formatted very similar to the current quote PDF. I’ve attached the invoice example.

11. I am receiving emails every time I make an status change to vtiger. I don’t want these emails
