  I have a wide background with web scraping software, i think i even have some reviews here on such projects. Here is the script that fetches the categories that have to be crawled:

  This is just to prove that i am fully capable of finishing your script - i even can make a full test demo, if you are interested. I made this much just because i did not know if you have decided and did not want to waste much time.
  I also need info on the data needed to be fetched: just category, name of product, description, image. Anything more?
  
  I find communication very important since most of the time, poor communication is the cause of delays. I may require feedback on the work that is being done, and a clear explanation on the project requirements when i require it. Poor feedback can also lead to undesired issues. I can complete a task and if, in the end the data would be incorrect/misleading, i should redo all of it, costing aswell me and you precious time.
  
  I also offer future support, in case you will change your mind and add/remove/modify features of the script later.

  Last, but not least, i would prefere a 100% escrow (milestone) payment done before i start the actual work. It is just a measure of precaution. You know the saying... when you are burnt with coffee, you blow in yougurt...
