I have several ongoing projects related to civil engineering, design, structural, transportation, environmental, etc. I want to hire people long term. The initial projects would be short term (5 - 7 days). Clients have strict deadline and I will need the project delivered within the deadline. Deadline and quality will determine whether I give you longer and expensive projects.

If you will not fulfill the deadline and commitment be ready for a strong negative review on Freelance here. I am a very senior engineer with a lot of contacts. So, if you fail on your commitment and fail me I will make sure that you get into engineers black book too. On the other hand the committed engineers would be rewarded handsomely and will get bigger projects.

I need the best civil engineers from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology). PhDs preferred but others with review will be considered as well.
