details of the mod I would like to have developed.

A provider login page that allows the provider to create his own account and then login. I do NOT want the Admin to approve the creation of the account. See www.craftmall.com and www.artfire.com for working examples.
Admin needs to have the ability to terminate a provider at will.
Providers can sign-up for 1 or 4 levels of being a provider. Such as trial, basic, advanced and pro.
Admin needs to have the ability to charge different amounts to a provider based on the level selected above.
Dollar amount needs to be adjustable by the admin.
Admin needs the ability to select if the dollar amount being charged to each level of provider is a 1 time charge or a recurring charge.
Admin need the ability to have 2 price categories for each provider level. Example, 1 month for $10.00 or 12 month for $100.00.
Provider needs the ability to purchase products within the mall without creating another login ID. Thus, a provider can both load products to his store within the mall and shop other stores within the mall.
Modification needs to be open source so I do modification in the future.
