  This is in response to the invitation to complete your requirement. The provider expertise is in technical and management consultation for project management set-up, strategic reformation and analytical research.   I have an extensive experience in grant writing,as a principal investigator and as grants project manager.
  I have founded and successfully managed a Systems Integration and computer services company for 15 years.
  I have written and won grants from the following agencies:
  1. SmallBusinessInnovationResearch (SBIR) Grants from the National Science Foundation (NSF) for $1,030,000 for a 3-year duration. I was also the principal investigator.
  Grant was to apply a patented technique to develop piezoresistive pressure sensors for harsh environment applications.
  2. SBIR Grant from the Department of the Navy, Naval Airwarfare Center, $670,000. I was the Principal Investigator. Grant was to develop an Electronic Schematic Archiving Technology Platform.
  
  3. National Aerospace and Space Administration (NASA): More than 10 Grants over 5 years for more than $550,000. Grants were to deveop an innovative signal conditioning algorithm for Silicon Carbide Pressure Sensors; to develop Graphical User Interface for a software algorithm for 3-dimensional flow measurement; to study market opportunities for a new technology known as Stereo Imaging Velocimetry; to develop new techniques to fabricate accelerometers. I was the project manager for these grants.
  4. Advanced Technology Program (ATP) Grant (US Department of Commerce) to develop a multiuser platform to fabricate integrated microsystems.
  Grant amount was $6.4m. I led the team of companies, universities and government agencies in the effort.
  5. Just 3 weeks ago (May, 2010), I was the coordinator and the grant writer for an annual Free Health Screening event in Cleveland, Ohio that recruited 22 Physicians, 11 nurses and won grants from Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Huron Hospital, South Pointe Hospital and other organizations. The unused Grants from the event funds the community's annual scholarship program.
  6. I am a part-time instructor of a NASA-funded Aerospace Program at a local Community College. I am also instrumental in applying for an obtaining the Grant.

  I have an MBA in Management, a BS in Physics and a BA in French.
