1. It has a Linux server with root and you can restart it.

2. OpenGTS was installed as a new installation, no data

3. The installation process took issue with the reception of GPS coordinates

To achieve correct reception of GPS data.
Configuring a GPS device to test the performance
Detailed in the solution of the problem document
