Project Description:
Recognized Software Company is looking for a talented technical consultant to join our pre-sales team. We are looking for a person to work half time (4 hours per day, 5 days per week) during first 3 months probation period and then join our team as a full time employee. Please bid with your half time salary and don’t forget to attach CV in private message.Your duties and responsibilities include:
- Assist internal sales people and partner sales organizations in developing account strategies and qualifying opportunities
- Conduct customer needs assessments
- Design solutions to meet customer requirements
- Support proposals, including RFP responses
- Customize and deliver external customer presentations
- Support writing customer statements of work
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Significant previous experience (minimum of 3 years) in technical pre-sales support for an IT services or software company, including a successful track record
- Significant knowledge in Business Intelligence, Business Process Management, Enterprise Content Management, Master Data Management and complex technical enterprise application environments
- Excellent customer-facing and interpersonal skills
- Solid technical knowledge of computing, hosting, storage
- Strong technical understanding of virtualized server and storage platforms
- Strong technical understanding of deploying enterprise applications on virtualized infrastructure.
- Analytical skills to develop and present business cases
- Very strong relationship and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of business environment, systems architecture, and network operations
- Excellent English language skills is a must
- Commitment to system functionality and user satisfaction in rapidly growing and changing environments
- Java Software Development skills (preferred)

Couple of questions:
1) Can you please confirm whether this Budget: $250-750 is for a week's effort (20 hours) or monthly effort (80 hours) for total of 3 months?
2) Is this contract-to-hire position valid only for 3 months of effort and where is this fulltime position going to be employed later?

My experience is the design of projects from concept to delivery. The benefit of my point of view is having the technical abilities as well as being a people person, with experience designing human interfaces software. My background is development and design of programmable Web Design and Applications. My forte is programming in Microsoft Software from FoxPro to MSSQL, Visual Basic to VB.NET. Known as a self starter, I rarely complete a project outside the delivery schedule.
The ability to manage people remotely has been enhanced by working with and utilizing outsourced programmers in Russia, Vietnam and India. Communication skills are imperative for remote management. Most of the time; I have to multitask. It is useful to have the insight to integrate various sub-projects, by seeing the big picture of the project. This is one part of my ability to easily understand complex projects. See recommendations enclosed.
