Project Description:
I require a professional looking, attention grabbing 8.5 x 11 flyer (re-create attached).The object is to create a promotional Flyer / Logo for our online real estate company.
The flyer should outline the reasons people in the industry would use our services and the benefits of partnering with us on current and future projects.
The flyer will be 1 page, 1 side and designed to print in color on 8.5 x 11 paper.
Logo design can be as creative as you like; has to be relative to real estate investing.
Any questions or if you need to our website please PM me.
I will need to see two sample mock-ups and experience in similar flyer creation and design projects.
Please ignore the cost listed; as I will "only" pay $20.00 dollars USD for this project.

cheap, more like highway robbery, why do people even give them the consideration of a bid. your a real estate company and you can't afford professional wages. hope your real estate pratices are better then your wanting slave labor. why don't you make it yourself and see how much time this will take. we have to rewrite your whole brochure for 20.00.
