We are currently working with several contractors in various countries (including USA) and need various flavors of an NDA to help protect the confidentiality of our projects and our intellectual property. We need someone with the necessary skills, who can communicate with us via Skype and help prepare such agreements on short notice. Keep in mind that sometimes we will be signing these agreements with contractors outside USA. Please describe what you are including in your bid.Skills required:

I am an expert in private international law, aka conflict of laws, and can draft contracts for enforcement in different jurisdictions. The bid assumes short NDAs tailored to your specific needs. However, you should also take advice on enforcement strategy. You can have some great pieces of paper, but hit real problems when you try to take them to a court. I am available on skype and can provide a fast turn around for agreements once you have decided what your basic strategy is to be. Longer agreements covering different topics will be priced according to the length of time required to draft them. If required,I will always agree a fixed fee for an agreement before drafting it for you. less
