Need Mobile phone marketing campaign

The goal is to have a web based platform that can host hundreds of groups and their contact information. Each groups information needs to be customized to ask for the specific fields of interest that would apply to the group selected by an admin. This group information can easily be changed and is user friendly. It would host a list of names and contact information/ business information (some of the info is mandatory (first name, last name, and email). The administrator of the group will have access to many different settings and options to customize the needs of each group on an indivual basis. For instance the admin can allow each member to email the entire group or not allow a single member to email the entire group. Or the admin can mandate specific fields to join group or to allow someone in the group or not. In addition, a Blackberry app and Iphone app would automatically change and be updated with the new information everytime the web group was changed and updated with current information. These apps would also allow you to search in many different ways for the correct person you are looking for in your database of people / business's on both the web and also the mobile apps. These apps would allow current information to be seen similar to a facebook status update. It would also allow if allowed by admin emailing the group capabalities.  less
