  Thanks very much for getting back to me.
  Your request is typical scenario for a mini database project. we have a typical process input--process--output.
  Input is the supplied data by the website, process is the database application which will be implemented and output is the report which you print per click.
  
  I definitely recommend to use MS Access because the package has got very strong reporting tools. Excel is very good when it is about calculations.
  The questions which you want to have answered from the database are what we call views or queries which you issue against the database based on language called SQL structured query language.
  
  To be honest I do not exactly understand your question : How I want to proceed with your project.
  I am a database developer with an experience of over 12 years application development.
  The most important step To have a project perfectly and correct done is the specification and understanding what actually the client wants and you have done that already through your project definition.
  The information stored in this csv/excel file you get from the supplier will be columns of the table which we are going to create in your database.
  I am going to create a Graphic user interface (GUI) for te reporting tool which I code for this application and you will not only be able to create reports for what you requested but also are in a position to search based on whatever criteria you want.
  In my price is a free support of 6 months included.
  I have a lot of clients across UK , Germany and Switzerland.
  I developed a fully functional PPC (production Planning and controlling system) and customer service and after sale application for various paving machine companies like Voegele AG, Hamm AG in Germany in the past years.

  The data will have to be pulled manually on my end. None of the columns will change therefore once I export from the program into excel the formulas should provide reporting on another sheet. I use office 2010 at home but at work it's office 2007. I don't use Access at all. Just not sure if Access is a better solution.
  
  The way I envision it is the final report page will show:
  
  corresponding months of year
  in each month how many maturities we are expecting.
  
  it would be nice to fill in date range and voila
  I have reporting that shows :
  # of Lease maturities
  # Contacts
  # of Lease PreInspection Appointments
  # of Kept Preinspection Appointments
  # of Customers who decided to Extend their lease
  # of Customers who decided to just turn in their lease
  # of Customers who decided to Renew and get another lease
  # of Customers who decided to buy their lease
  # of Customers who decided to turn in their lease at a different location
  # of Customers whose disposition is unknown because we could not contact
  
  I envision a drop down list of the different dispositions a customer might have that could be reported on..
