Market Research: Accounting and finance freelance/project work resources for small businesses

Goal: Identify and characterize resources available to small businesses to find and hire quality accounting and finance professionals for sub-contractor/project work (one example would be the 'Business, Accounting, Legal, and Human Resources' section of Freelancer.com).

For any resource that you find, specifically look at:
1)On-line presence: Web-site URL, and types of functionality offered on-line (e.g. ability to post projects, bidding system like Freelancer, etc.)

2)Range of type of professionals offered (e.g. accountants, corporate finance, banking/M&A/valuation, equity analyst, etc.)

3)Volume: An estimate of the number/dollar value of projects that the resource handles (If possible; I understand this is difficult), if possible broken down by profession type (#2)

4)Other: Any other characteristics/data/special features of the resource that seem interesting or noteworthy

Deliverable: 2-3 page report detailing the important statistics for each resources/site, including but not limited to the bullet items above.

Once we have chosen someone for this project we'll discuss in a little more detail what we're looking for.

Researcher must be fluent in English, esp writing in English. Researcher should have strong analytical skills and a background in marketing.
