I need a toolbar website that allow anyone to download for their own use across all platform.

With similar major features as of Wibiya, conduit, swagbucks etc. But, that need to brand our own logo.
You might register and download this toolbar to see how it works?

We need all documentation plus source code with NDA for successfull bidder required.
Open sources like OPEN ID for registration are welcomed, as long as we can keep track of all registered members and communicate with them later on...

Your previous experiences and/or demo of similar are required to show.
